Asked and answered daily here. Read the archives for this group for
the answer.

If you know how to read archives, stop reading here, if not, continue:

Checking archives of this or any newsgroup:
1. Go to http://groups.google.com
2. Enter the name of the news group in the box labelled "Search for a
group", in this group it would be microsoft.public.office.misc
3. Enter a search term in the box at the top such as "EULA keeps
popping up."

PS, stop using the horrible CDO and get a newsreader to read
newsgroups, you can configure Windows Mail to work as a newsreader, the
help files will give you instructions as to how to do so.

that Full Control is listed in the Permissions column, and that "This Key
and Subkeys" is listed in the "Apply to" column.
9. Put a check mark in the "Replace permission entries on all child objects
with entries shown here that apply to child objects" check box.
10. Take out the check mark out of the "Inherit from parent the permission
entries that apply to child objects. Include these with entries explicitly
defined here"
check box.
11. Choose to Copy if prompted, click Apply, and then click Yes when you are
prompted to continue.
12. Click OK, and then click OK again. Close Registry Editor.
