Microsoft Office 2007 Configurations Problem

This is probably a really easy fix but I just can't seem to work
through it. My office installation went flawlessly but now at startup
I get A MS Office configurations screen titled "Change your
installation of Microsoft Office" below this the screen gives me three
opinions; Add or Remove Programs, Repair, or Remove. I would really
appreciate it if someone could let me know how to stop this screen
from popping up each time I turn my system on.

Dear Friend
Go through these steps:
1. Turn on your computer.
2. When you get A MS Office configurations screen titled "Change your
installation of Microsoft Office" and below this the screen gives you
three opinions; Add or Remove Programs, Repair, or Remove.
3. Simply insert your MS Office CD in the CD Drive.
4. Click on the <Repair> option and wait for some time.
5. The problem will be resolved in a few minutes and you will be
enjoying your work as before.
