Microsoft Office 2007

We are running a time keeping program that uses Access 97. On some of the
computers we have got Office 2007 Professional Edition installed and when a
person opens Access 2007 after working in the time keeping program the
following message appears: "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft
Office Profesisonal 2007"
It gets a bit irritating when the screen keeps appearing.

Is there a way around this problem?

This is expected behavior, if you're running multiple versions of Office on
the same computer. Perhaps this article will help:
