microsoft office access 2007 encountered an error during setup

Receiving above error trying to install access 2007 on machine that has
office basis. An mrp program already installed uses Access run-time
components, so I tried uninstalling those and retrying the install. Still
same error.
PC is Win XP, fully patched, memory of drive space can't be issues.
Suggestions?

Go back to your mrp program provider. Check with them whether if it's
possible to install a full version of Access and will it work with Runtime
Version of Access together.

Go to MS knowleged base site and do a search on installing multiple version
of Office/Access. I your case, I doubt it will work.
