At present MS Office Accounting 2007 Professional (for businesses with 25 or fewer employees)only supports U.S. accounting methods
and standards. You may want to use the link below to post in the
MS Office Accounting newsgroup to see if they have any thoughts on when it may available for other areas.

I have downloaded the free beta version of office accountong 2007 however I
am unable to register the product since I live in Canada and the drop down
menue's only support US locations. Microsoft does not support the beta and
suggested I post here.
Any suggestions or work arounds.>>
