Microsoft Office Accounting 2007

My list of programs shows both MS Office Accounting 2007 AND 2008; both about
300 mb. Do I need both or can I remove 2007?

It will also show Accounting 2009 if you take the upgrade
The size shown in Add/Remove is not finite
Provided everything is functioning in 2008, including old data being
available, you can remove 2007
