Does any one know how to restore the shortcut for
Microsoft Office Application Recovery Tool if it is
deleted?

The file DM.EXE or DM20.EXE is not it. Although this
exectuable says Microsoft Error Reporting, it does not
execute when you double-click on it and consequently does
not start Microsoft Office Application Recovery.

I have search the Knowledge Base, MVP site, Internet to
no avail. Any information appreciated.

Do you have OneNote 2003 installed? If so, try OneNote, Help, Detect and
Repair.

the DW20.exe file is correct however you need to include the -c switch to get the shortcut to work
