Microsoft Office Document Image Writer

When I first intalled Office 2003 about 18 months ago, I was very pleased to
find the Image Writer and found it very useful. It created TIF files by
default. I have just got a new PC and have reinstalled Office 2003 on it.
The writer now creates MDI files by default, but does give the TIFs if I use
the "Save As" and specify a TIF file type. I have not been able to find a
setting that will get back TIFs as the default. Is there such a thing?
Advice will be gratefully received!

Hi ACP,

In Word 2003, use File=>Print and with the MS Office Document Image Writer selected click on [Properties] then /Advanced\ to change
the default for the graphic type created.
