how can I stop this program from opening in FULL Screen?

Yoicks! It's bad enought to have a dialog box span two displays but four???

That is a usually...but not with this program. I have 4 screens and while
it is not really full screen it opens edge to edge across all 4 screens
and I
have to grab an edge and pull it back across 3 screens. I like to use it
for
