can you tel me what is the exact problem?
You can re-install the office application (if other office products like word/excel/outlook not working)
orelse you can disable antivirus software on your machine and close reopen outlook again to check

Can you please be more specific? Are you saying that when you wish to attach
a file and browse for it, the computer stops or freezes before it displays
all the drives? Or when you have attached a file to an Outlook message, it
takes a long time to send and slows Outlook down?

Please define "stopped working." Please include your Outlook version, mail
account type, and configuration to help others to troubleshoot.
