Microsoft Office Help problems

I can't connect to the help screens in any of my Office applications. I've
tried the repair fixes, but still get the message "page cannot be displayed"
when I request a search on a help topic. The assistant will appear, but when
I request a help search or topic, I only get the above message--the same as
not having an internet connection.

Any suggestions?

If you are using a firewall, then make the firewall is set to
allow Word and your other Office applications to access the internet.

Not sure if this will help, but try clicking on Start | Run, and
run both of the following commands:

regsvr32 /u C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx

Yes, there is a space between regsvr32 and /u. These commands
unregister and reregister the HTML Help ActiveX control in Windows.
