Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 Toolkit

I cannot for the life of me find this toolkit download. Roger Jennings new
book, "Introducing Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003", says there's a link to
the download at msdn.microsoft.com/office/understanding/infopath/, but I
cannot find it.

Can anyone give me the exact URL?
