Microsoft Office online server

Has anyone else not been able to download templates for days and days? I
can't seem to ever download any of them. All it tells me is that the server
is unavailable and I should try again. But it seems like it's been at least
five days of getting this error.

I just ran a test to download a few and it worked without issue.

The problem might be on your end???
