In OUtlook 2003, I go to TaskPad, double-click on a Task (My Daily Agenda).
OPened, I highlight some text, go to Format/Font--make a choice in Font, Font
Style, and Size, go to bottom left and chose a Color (Red) for my memory
purposes. Then I click in the upper right corner, OK. When I return to the
text, everything I chose is there/finished. So I go to Save/And Close. In
the past, I could reopen that particular Task, and everything I chose and
Saved/And Closed would still be there, i.e. the changes in Format/Font:
Font, Font Style, and Size, even Color, but laterly, when I return to that
Task, it's immediately returned to the previous Format: Font, Font Style,
Size, and Color--all negated, even though I save them. They're all returned
to previous Format. Why? Can anyone help me correct this feature in Outlook
2003.
P.S. This problem doesn't seem to affect Mircrosoft Word 2003. At one
point, I even did the Detect and Repair thing in Word hoping that somehow
that also repair Outlook 2003, but it didn't work. Word is ok, but Outlook
isn't. I had already done the Repair in Outlook 2003 to no avail. I've even
reformated once, removed and reinstalled Outlook once, and no help. Please
help.
