Microsoft Office Outlook Offline Folders startup error popping up

I am receiving an error message when I enter Outlook it says: The path
specified for the file C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook1.ost is not valid.

Is there a way to fix this?
