Frustrated Microsoft User

I have tried for weeks to open Outlook, and it keeps opening then
automatically shutting down, and giving me the message that says "Cannot open
Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window." I have ran the
diagnostic, I have even reinstalled the program, and I still can't get it to
open. Any help???????

Have you tried setting up a fresh messaging profile here: Control Panel >
Mail? It might help

Try starting outlook once with the /resetnavpane command switch.
Start>Run (or Search, depending on Windows verion)>outlook.exe /resetnavpane.
Be sure to include the space after ".exe".
