I try to open outlook and get error Cannot start Microsoft office outlook.
Cannot open the Outlook window. how do i solve this one

Depends, did Outlook work before, or are you trying to set up some version
of Outlook?

Start>Run (or Search)>outlook.exe /resetnavpane
Be sure to include the space after ".exe".
