Microsoft Office Outlook

When I first turn on computor; I get, pop-up saying : Either there is a no
fault mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the
messagingrequest. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as default
mail. I hit the"OK" box; then I get the following pop-up: Window Installer.
It says "Preparing To Install ". After approximately one minute, I get
Problem with short cut (pop-up). This patch package could not be opened.
Verify that the patch package exsists and that you can access it, or contact
the application vendor to verify that it is a valid Windows Installer patch
package. Point at hand. I'm lost. Help! Thanks.

Hi, oldmorris,

What version of Outlook do you have installed? Has it worked before now?
Do you have your original installation CDs?
