microsoft office outlook

I tried to start microsoft office outlook. I put in my email address but did
not understand the other questionsand now its crashed and I cant get it to
work. Can you please help me restore it to the way it was before I tried to
register. I suggest you make the registry more user friendly by giving very
simple instructions. Can't expect everyone to understand the jargon.

Do you mean that you tried to setup a mail account and now it's not asking
the same questions any longer? If so, you can setup & remove accounts here:
Control Panel > Mail applet.

Before you do make sure you know some of the details about them account
(server names, login & password, etc)
