Microsoft Office Picture Manager will not allow me to edit photos?

Help, I can not edit any photos, even ones that I take, are there different
levels of protection or access?

The Picture Manager will do primitive editing. What happens when you click edit
pictures on the Getting Started task bar.

Do you have a working copy of Office, or is it an expired trial?

I would like to get in on this, I have the same problem only with the 3 other
users on the dest top, XP, just upgraded to office, only one of the four
family users on the cpu can edit and or locate pictures features....help

only one user can use the features, all other users are grayed out.
