Microsoft office picture manager?

I cannot open e-mail jpg image attatchments on microsoft picture manager. All
I get is a little box with an X.

Go to Control Panel then click Network and Internet Connections then
click onInternet Options icon, in the new window click the Advance tab
top far right...

... scroll down to Multi Media Heading then look carefully for
Show Pictures there should be a tick in
the little box.

I downloaded infraview suggested by cyberwalker website and I still have
problems. It either shows partial image or no image.
