We were operating on Office XP 2002. We had saved a
document in Word that was of extensive length. When we
upgraded to Microsoft Office XP 2003, it would not
convert. I went on line to Microsoft and saw that there
was a critical update that was suppose to correct this
problem. I downloaded two of the upgrades and then reset
my computer. This did not fix our problem. I am still
receiving an error trying to open this document. The
error has to do with memroy and buffers. The memory in
my computer is 512mg. This is a very important document
with a lot of time put into it. Please help
