You can't. Office 2003 Trial software can only be activated over the
internet. If you convert to the full version, you'll be given an option
to activate by telephone. See

Please note that you've posted in a newsgroup related to Macintosh
Office products. A more appropriate group for followup would be

Mac Office does not require activation. If you are posting about Windows
Office, you are in the wrong newsgroup.
