As the others have stated, while trying to install the SP-3 update, my
computer begins asking me for the Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business SR-1
disk, apparently looking for this same file (although it has not prompted me
for a specific file). Now everytime i open Outlook it prompts me for the
disk and Excel will not open at all. I did not have these problems before I
tried installing new updates. Although there have been some good suggestions
at how to fix the problem, I don't know if anyone has been successful or not.
Please reply. Would it help to simply uninstall the SP-3 update for now?
Are there repair files online that i can download?
