microsoft office word 12.0 error

When I open 2007 version of word, an error pops up that says Microsoft office
word 12.0 an error occured and this feature is no longer functioning
properly. please run setup and select "Repair..." to restore this application

Anybody know exactly what this error message is telling me to do? How do you run setup? Where is it?
