microsoft office word has encountered a problem and needs to close

I get the above message when I open Word.

Any ideas?

Hi Terry,

Thanks very much, after 2+ days of frustration, it turned out to be my
default printer setting. We just moved to this office and I was
working OK, but they did subsequently move some printers.
