Microsoft Office Word has not been installed for the current user.

I had to reinstall my OS (Windows Vista) and all of my programs because of a
USB current problem. After I reintalled MS Office Enterprise 2007 I got the
error "Microsoft Office Word has not been installed for the current user.
Please run setup to install the application." How do I solve this problem?

below in the link and have your proof of the active VL license
