Some. Windows XP as packaged by Microsoft includes a few packages that
do what you want, e.g. WordPad (a very simple word processor), Outlook
Express for newsgroups and email, Paint (a very simple graphics
program), etc. No real database products or spreadsheets.

See http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/default.mspx for what is included
in Windows XP.

Some hardware vendors package such software with their products. Check
with your preferred hardware vendor for any offerings that they may have.

The functionality you seek is offerred by separate products (collections
like Office, OpenOffice or in individual products).

Sorry, just realized that you meant Office XP and not Windows XP.
Office XP is an old version of Office. Office 2003 is the current
version. Office XP does, though, have the packages you seek as long as
you buy the appropriate version. See
http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/compare.mspx and other
pages on Microsoft's site.
