I just changed a failed CD-ROM drive and now Office won't operate. I get a message to insert the CD and click next. I do this and it aparently is looking for the old drive to contain the CD. Since the drive no longer exists. Word/excel go into reduced operatijng mode. I tried un-installing and re-installing and it still doesn't work.
