I am currently operating w/Windows ME. I have no Microsoft Office programs
and need to install. I am a 1st time user of ME and have no idea how to go
about the proper procedures. PLEASE HELP!!

You have to buy it. However, I believe the current version of MS Office
(11, aka 2003) does not run on Win4 (95, 98, ME), it requires NT5.0SP3
or later.

You may be able to find earlier versions of MS Office which don't have
that requirement, or alternatives like WordPerfect Office (currently
V12), StarOffice, or Open Office, and probably others. Generally, these
alterantives are considerably cheaper; some, like Open Office, are free.
