I need to save the address book (contacts) and all folders
(inbox) (sent) (draft)etc. Before I reinstall win98se. Any
suggestions? Thanks

Firstly a tip about posting to Newsgroups. As this group is called
"microsoft.public.OUTLOOK.general" (my capitals) it's not a good idea to
post a message with "Microsoft outlook 2000" as the subject, is it? We all
KNOW you're posting about Outlook, otherwise you wouldn't be here, would
you? ;-) Try to put a precis of the problem in your subject line.

As to your question, you need to copy your *.pst file. the only thing that
does NOT contain, is your Junk senders list, if you are using Junk Mail. the
file you need for that is "Junk Senders.txt" (without the quotes).

The .pst does not contain any Rules the user has set up. It also does not
contain any account information.
