Microsoft Outlook 2002 in Vista 64

I've got the Outlook set up but no way no how can I get it to save
passwords. Ironically the main reason I want to keep using Outlook is
because I can password the data and require a password to open the program.
But I use 4 different emails and having to change all the account settings
every time I go in is a hassle.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps there is a way with Windows mail to set a password to open the
program?
