Microsoft Outlook 2003 Classic View

I have recent;y upgraded my clients to Microsoft Office 2003 Pro. Some of the
users have complained that they can't get used to the look & feel of Outlook
2003. Is there a way that I can revert to a more classic view. eg. Outlook in
Off XP or Office 2002. Thanks in advance. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
