I tried to send a file too large as an attachment in email. Now when I try
to delete it won't let me and it continues to try to send. How can I delete
this email while it's still in transaction?

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
