microsoft outlook 2003 REDIRECT addin

I am desperately trying to find a way to REDIRECT, rather than forward
messages to another sender in microsoft outlook 2003. Can anyone
help? There is nothing in the rules wizard and I would much prefer to
redirect than to forward, so the person I redirect to can reply
directly to the person who sent the message. If anyone can help by
sending me an addin or pointing me in the right direction, I would
appreciate it.
