microsoft outlook 2003

i was opening my outlook this morning and i got a pop up that stated
cannot start microsoft office outlook the command line argumant is not valid
verify the switch you are using.

it was working fine last night but now it wont open at all
any one have any suggestions as to what to do ?

i was not ble to complete the operation
im hoping that my work on it was not lost ?

ah yes i figured it out now im good with the outlook 2003
now my issue is with the access database that seems to give me a
the command line used to start microsoft office access contains an option
that microsoft access does not recognize
exit and restart access using valid command line

dont know what the command line is
but i will try to update maybe that will do it
