Microsoft Outlook 2007 - Error OLMAPI32.dll

I upgraded Microsoft Office Professional 2003 to 2007 a few months ago and
haven't had any problems until today. When I try to open Outlook I get an
error message that just says OLMAPI32.dll with an OK button. To me it looks
like there was an automatic update for Office 2003 that didn't agree with
Office 2007.

Both Office packages are still on my computer. I have tried uninstalling
2003, but I get a message that says: "The installation source for this
product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can
access it."

Can anyone tell me how I can fix this? I really need my Outlook back!!
