Microsoft Outlook 2007 won't save/backup folders

I have Windows7 as my OS. When I close my MS Outlook application, I get a popup window with 2 choices. "Saving" results in a different error message while "Cancel" allows Outlook to close.

How do I close the application AND backup the folders?
