I developed my Outlook addin some years ago now and I maintain it using
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 MFC.
I install the file into the users chosen path and the my installer runs the
regsvr on the DLL. The DLL contains the addin.RGS file to set all the
parameters. I can show you my RGS file if required. It has always been OK on
Outlook XP, 2002, 2003 and as far as I am aware 2007. So I don't know if 2010
is changed.
I can also show you a screen shot which says "Not loaded. A runtime error
occured during the loading of the COM add-in." Just to stress I am not using
..NET framework.
Please advise what I can do to get my DLL to operate correctly in Office
Outlook 2010 beta. Thank you.
