Microsoft outlook e-mails back-up and access by other computers

I need to reformat my computer but my main hurdle is that I do not know a
standard way which is efficient in e-mails storage in a place which is
accessible by other computers and reloadable into computer after reformatting.

so first you need to back up your pst file.
Its the most important file for outlook.
