Microsoft Outlook emails

My emails are being automatically deleted how can I prevent this? I need to
change some settings and I don't know what to change.

Perhaps you just set the filter to only show unread e-mail?

View, Arrange By, Current view, and pick Messages, (instead of "Unread
messages in this folder")
