Microsoft Outlook Error Box

I have just upgraded from Vista (64 bit) to Windows 7. Upon starting Outlook
2007 a small dialog box appears (the program stops loading) that says
"error" in the top section, nothing in the center section, and then an "OK"
on the bottom. Upon clicking "OK" the program finishes to load and all is
well. How can I get rid of the error box? Thank you

Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> type; outlook.exe /safe
(note the space in the command)

If so, it's probably caused by an add-in that did not allow itself to be
migrated between Windows versions and requires your attention. For details
on troubleshooting add-ins see;

Once you've found your add-in, uninstall, reinstall or update it depending
on if it is Windows 7 compatible.
