Microsoft Outlook Error -Ox800CCCOF

I can receive messages in my emails. But I cannot send any messages.

ALso , How do you unstall microsoft outlook only and restall just it. I
think i may have a corrupt filed

use detect and repair or office diagnostics - its as good as reinstalling.
What does the text of the error message say?
