Microsoft Outlook Express 6 Messages not sending

Thanks in advance for the help...

This is my problem with Outlook Express 6

We have two separate accounts (main and secondary). The main one works
perfectly Ok but the secondary since a couple of weeks ago started to give me
this error message when I try to send an email

Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

We have Comcast and the web based email works for both accounts... we have
tried all you can imagine but we cannot figure out wha might be wrong with
the configuraion.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
