I can consistently get this message when using send and receive in Outlook
2002:
"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." It has the usual check box for restarting
Outlook and the choice to send MS an error report. This message led us to
the MS Office Update site where it scanned the computer and came up with 8
updates for Office XP one of which was for Outlook.
After applying these updates the problem still persists.
I have created a new profile for the user and the problem follows the
profile.
How do I get rid of this error message every time send and receive is used?
