"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem..."

Running Outlook 2002 SP2. Windows XP Home edition.

With Outlook running but minimized, about 3 - 4 times a
day I get this message:

"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

The "Restart Microsoft Outlook" box in that message is
checked.

There is an option for me to send or not send a report to
Microsoft.

Any fix?
