Microsoft Outlook - How do I set-up my Account

I have earthlink email and I hae another one that is used by our family
website. I noticed though that sometimes my outlook email is used
automatically to send my mail and when I test to send some mail to myself (to
my other addresses) it does not get delivered? Do I have an account with
Outlook or not?

You have posted this message to the wrong news group.
The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.
I would suggest you post to the appropriate newsgroup for your version
of Outlook.
