Microsoft Outlook requires password but not the same as loginpassword

Hi
I have logged into the microsoft domain network successfully and then when I
try to open Microsoft Outlook it asks me for a password, I put the same
password in with the same login details but it will not accept this.

What can this be - it is happening on 2 users only - the other users are
fine - they just log into the network and are able to open Microsoft Outlook
without having to further put in a password.

Please help.
