Microsoft Entourage, which comes as part of Office:mac can connect to an

This is a feature that was introduced in Office 2004 sp2. Unfortunately,
the basic web interface that is provided doesn't provide any means of
exporting information. Do you not have direct access to your Exchange
account with a real email client? That's what you'll need.

Not for Mac. Outlook 2003 can connect in a similar fashion as Entourage
using the website address
<http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/outlookrpchttp.html>. If you're
able to connect using a friend's computer that has Outlook then you can
try to connect that way and get all of your messages.
The Entourage Help Page has information on how to transfer from Outlook
to Mac <http://entourage.mvps.org/cross_platform/win_mac.html> that may
be of use to you afterward.

This is a feature that was introduced in Office 2004 sp2. Unfortunately,
the basic web interface that is provided doesn't provide any means of
exporting information. Do you not have direct access to your Exchange
account with a real email client? That's what you'll need.
If you update Office X to the latest version (10.1.9) from
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/>, you can try setting up your Exchange
account in Entourage in Tools > Accounts. It uses a different protocol, but
you may still be able to access your mail.
