drag the borders inward - you'll see more if you use the taskpane calendars
and hide the navigation menu (look on the view menu) - drag the border
separating the calendars from the tasks down to hide tasks.
Exactly how many you can display depends on your screen resolution ands size
of outlook's window - with the toolbars hidden and no status bar I had up
around 50 months showing.
